I purchased this product around Christmas. I had my carpets cleaned professionally last year and just wasn't
happy with the results. My husband cleaned the carpet with the Bissell 2X Deep Cleaning System and I was totally amazed. Dirt that did not come up with the professional clean came up. This is the best investment I have made in a long time. I would definitely buy another one when this one wears out.

Very pleased to have this work so well, it got the carpets CLEAN and did not have to soak it with soapy water. the unit sucked up the dirty water Very well. I could have rented a unit, but why would I want to use a worn out thing when this works great, stores like a vaccuum and I always have it available when I need it.

This has been the best Deep Cleaning System I have purchased. I had a Hoover; yes that's right had a Hoover. After using the Bissell Proheat 2x system
I won't use any other brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Schotze Overall it is a great machine and does a good job.
I especially like the attachment for cleaning pet stains as it really get the water down deep to clean. The only problem with it is that when you shut it off dirty water runs on the floor from somewhere inside the machine. I think this machine has a bit more cleaning power than the old Bissell I had to replace. That machine lasted about 5 years and I expect this one to last at least that long or maybe longer. I am very happy with it.

I compared several makes and models before choosing this one, bypassing other more expensive models. It works as advertised, even better. Carpets are not completely dry after cleaning, but they will dry quickly, as nearly all the water is drawn up by the machine. The only drawback is, if the carpet is extremely dirty, the machine has to be disassembled, all covers removed requiring a phillips screwdriver and some mechanical ability, to completely clean it before putting it away. Still, the results make the effort worth it. The instruction booklet is clear and complete.

This is my third Bissell product. I liked the ease of handling it. It did an excellent job on my carpets. They look like new again. I don't use as much water as I did with my previous carpet cleaners. I bought the one with the 10 brushes and it did an excellent job.

I am impressed with the deep cleanability of my ProHeat 2X. After vacuum cleaning my carpets I am still able to remove additional soil, dirt grains, plus imbedded Christmas tree needles. This design is a great improvement with the lower front handle for carrying the cleaner up the stairs and the location of the hose that doesn't get crimped when the handle is lowered.

This is nice cleaner. I continue to get little fuzzies out of the carpet on 10 yr old carpet due to the deep cleaning this machine does. If you read the instructions they say you will get that out of new carpet but with the three dogs we use to have it was a battle to keep the cream carpet clean. This made the job easier.

I would be happy to review this product. It actually cleans better than some professionals that I have had come clean my carpets. It is durable and extremely easy to push, no problem with filling cleaning containers. All around great product. You will be amazed the first time you empty your pick up container.

I love this product and will continue to use it for as long as I can. I have had a Bissell vacuum for over 5 years without any problems, and I really trust the name and products. I have a 2yr old who loves to roll around on the floor and also to see how much liquids he can spread around. The ProHeat is just what I needed, I have used it to clean my car and furniture and I love it.
It is worth the money to get the ProHeat Cleaner, I will always recommend it to friends and family.

This was easy to set up and use.
I tried it out for the first time on old throw rug that had a coffee stain. The cleaning product and the machine worked absolutely fantastic. Stain came out and rug was exceptionally clean. I would recommend this to all.

The cleaner itself cleans great, as did all my other bissell's. I bought this one for the duel brushes but the problem is that with newer carpet it collects in between the brushes and is a pain to remove.

Since I have purchased the unit, I have cleaned 5 rooms in the house. The ProHeat 2X really removed the dirt from the carpet. All 5 rooms look really good.
The only difficulty is cleaning the "Cleaner".
To keep it clean and in good working order you must
clean out all the dirt, carpet fibers,etc. This takes me
about 15 mins.
Well worth the money.

I was very pleased with this product. I have a rather small area to clean and I was surprised at how long I was able to go on one fill of the fresh water and cleaning solution. I thought I would have to fill both multiple times but only had to fill them twice. The cleaning worked very well. I got a large amount of dirt from the carpets so I am sure it was doing a good job.

This is our 2nd Bissell Deep Cleaner and it's every bit as good as our first; in fact it seems better! Our first Unit is still going strong and is being used in our Mountain Property. Thank goodness for Bissell!

This deep cleaning system does deep clean. *I was and am now still pleased with the job it performed on our carpets.

I have waited a long time for a carpet shampooer and finally got this one. It works great, easy to use. The only problem I had was cleaning it after use. Our carpet put off so much fiber it got caught in the brushes and the only way to clean it is to take it completely apart, and I have a bad back and stooping over was very unpleasant. But I really like the shampooer.

Cleans like a Champ. I have learned to keep
towels handy. Pull The tank quickly when you are done or it will leak dirty water. Get it to a hard surface and set it on a towel. It still is a Good unit!!!

My daughter gave me my first Bissell about 7 years ago. I recently wore that one out, and bought another of the same machine. It is so helpful for doggie messes, clumsy husband messes, spot cleaning, or spring cleaning of the entire carpet. Easy to use and fits in the closet. Best housekeeping tool that I own:)

The Pro Heat 2X is super, Hand brush does not function properly Side sprays We got one replacement but still sprays side ways.

I like the new features of this machine compared to my daughters older model of a proheat. Very easy to use, a more compact water container than the older model. Does a great job in cleaning my carpets. I will alway buy a Bissell; in fact my vacuum is a Bissell too.
