With its unique lint brush, the Pet Hair Lifter is able to collect deep down pet hair from carpets and area rugs. Rated 5 out of 5 by Powerhouse This little machine is a real powerhouse. We had a larger Bissell and moved to an RV full-time. I didn't want that big heavy vacuum and didn't have space for it. My husband found this one online and ordered it for me. What a fantastic value. This is a great vacuum no matter what the cost. It is lightweight and a hard worker. It really is better than the big one I had in my home. I attack the pet hair almost daily and have never been disappointed - it makes the hair disappear! I also use the attachments and find it easier than most to get it set up for hand tools. I would highly recommend this awesome product! Thank you BISSELL! March 25, 2013

It seems to pick up very well and I like that it is compact and has the pet tool (I have a cat). It is a little loud, but I have mostly hard wood and linoleum floors with only a few area rugs. I've never had a bagless before. My Oreck just fell apart after 8 years and it was too expensive to buy a new one, even with a trade in. I like the fact that this vacuum has the attachments right on it and I can use them when I need. Tonight is the second night I'm using it and I think I am very satisfied. Just need the answer to the blowing air out the front question. Thank you. January 28, 2013

I hated our old vacuum and it was so heavy I had to ask my husband to carry it upstairs. Well, now I can clean whenever I want and it's so easy to see the results. Never felt so inspired!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by THE vacuum for pet owners! OK, I love it. We have two uprights and one canister vacuum and NONE of them can pick up the pet hair off my dog beds. I bought this vacuum on a whim specifically for pet hair. We have a yellow lab and a cat. Our dog beds are top quality beds but the covers are a microfiber and dog hair imbeds in them like needles. I spend a lot of time cleaning the hair off those beds and its never all gone. This vacuum is perfect for pet hair. The turbo attachment takes the hair off in one swipe. I am not kidding. I love everything about this vacuum. It is very light weight , has bagless esasy dump canister. The ease of going from floor suction to hose is perfect. I demonstrated it for my sons on Thanksgiving and they both picked up their ipads and ordered one. I love it so much I have a second one being delivered this week. Rated 3 out of 5 by I've seen better I'm a very loyal Bissell Customer and is all that I will ever buy, because they last; With the exception of this vacuum, the Wheels are cheap, the belt always falls off and you have to take the wheels and stuff off to fix/ repair it, and our Wal Mart does not carry the belt for it. Every company has good and poor products and this is one of their poor ones. I've used a newer PowerForce Helix at work and picked up everything like a magnet and my Easy Vac that's 4 years old has been through the ringer and is still running. I got this from my grandma when she passed and I can't use it, because the belt always falls off. My next vacuum is going to be a Bissell Momentum, or Velocity, because it's similar to my Easy Vac. Rated 5 out of 5 by colossal product did what it advertised to do Purchasing Bissell Power groom compact pet was the best vacuum I have ever purchased. I definitely liked the fact that I didn't have to judge what type of carpet I was cleaning. I had so much dog hairs that I filled up a large store plastic bag, nothing we ever had before did this. Unfortunately I had to buy the floor model to get this vacuum and do not have the papers,book for this model.I would love to receive them. I like that I can look into the hose to see if it has any hairs stuck in the hose. I was recommended to go to a specific store to purchase said product, unfortunately none of them had any in stock and did not know when they were receiving the product. I like the fact it has a lint strip, which helps with hairs. You made my day when I vacuumed and felt majority of long white dog hairs were not on the carpet anymore. Thank you October 1, 2012

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
