The first time i used it the motor went out. I had to take it to a dealer who had to send it away to be replaced. I just got it back today and the first couple passes it was awesome. Now it will not spray the solution. The brushes and the suction etc. work just fine. But if there is no solution then it really doesn't matter. I am soooo disappointed with this powersteamer.

I used my new Bissell yesterday for the first time and I am thrilled with it. My carpet looks great. The machine is lightweight, easy to use and easy to clean after use. Best money I have ever spent. I'm thinking of buying one for a family member for Christmas.

i loved it at first. my older bissell quite working too. so I bought this one, worked great the first month. I have several dogs, so I use this newer one every week. Now it dosent want to put down cleaner. I hae to wait 5-10min. then it will make a couple of passes. I am not happy with these at all. One puts down cleaner and one sucks it up. I cant keep using these two just to clean my carpets.

I have the Bissell Powersteamer Turbo and have had to take it apart a couple of time to fix things on it. The current problem is that the dial to change between floor and tools has become disconnected and I can not see what it is supposed to connect to. I can not afford to get it repaired and am usually a fix it yourself guy but without knowing how it connect I am at a loss.

Only used it once so far, but very pleased. Carpet in my camper came out feeling like new! For an economical model, it works very well. I'm a mechanic, and I found it very easy to assemble, and built very well for the money.

I bought this cleaner about 3 years ago and on May 1,2011 we lost everything to a flood. The cleaner was completely under water for a month. When we were able to get back into our house to salvage what we could we took the cleaner. Since then it has been sitting in storage with mud, mold, and mildrew all on it inside and out. Today I got it our cleaned it up as best I could and it works great! I am now a new fan of Bissell and will tell everyone I know about my carpet cleaner.

We bought this vacuum a few days after bringing home a puppy and we absolutely love it. It is great for cleaning up those small accidents or spills and I love using it when I do seasonal cleaning. We dry vacuum our home daily and when we use this it pulls up even more dirt and hair that has become imbedded in the carpet. We also use it on spots on our couch. It was a great purchase in our book.

I just purchased my cleaner and I think it does a very good job of cleaning the carpets. The only issue I have is that the tank should have been bigger. I am constantly filling the tank. Other than that it is a great product.

First time out of the box worked for about 5 minutes. This thing hasnt worked right since. I constantly have to take it apart because the the plunger that allows the water to flow keeps sticking causing the water to flow right out of it. The trigger mechanism keeps sliding off the plastic base which activates the plunger. This has been the biggest disappointment. The belt cover was not put on properly, it was put on over the screw post instead of under it.

This steamer has been miraculous for me...following a major surgery. It is powerful and fast at removing spills and stains....quiet and lightweight and easier to fill than the previous model I had...since all you do is put the liquid filling container in the sink....fill it to the first line with hot water and to the second line with the cleaner. Even when I feel crummy, I know I can start this little unit up and be quickly done with superior results. Bissell products never wear out....so I passed my older models of a vac and a steamer on to my more needy daughter who was without both types of cleaners.

How amazing! I have long been a fan of Bissell and usually pick them up at my job as I work at Walmart. Due to a major surgery, I went on BISSELL.COM and ordered this ...delivery was very very fast, assembly was so easy I did it while lying in bed recuperating. I had passed my previous steamcleaner on to my daughter who was in dire need. This is lightweight, easier to fill and measure solutions than even my last older model, and I put photos on facebook as I steamed up an entire cup of spilled coffee with cream in it.....incredible!

Machine cleans well. Had a Bissell in the past, and loved it. This machine does not hold as much water (clean and dirty) It must be cleaned after each use, which I did not have to do with my old Bissell. Like feature that allows the part that sucks up the dirt to be removed from the machine to clean. Don't know why I couldn't buy replacement parts for old Bissell. I had to throw it away! That broke my heart, as it was the best machine I ever had.

I should have purchased this a long time ago!Having children & pets makes this a 'must have' appliance.It cleaned my carpet perfectly leaving no stains behind & was lightweight & easy to use.Stores as easy as an upright vacuuum cleaner.No more rental cleaners for me,this machine does a much better job.I am very happy!

I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED FROM MY FIRST PURCHASED BISSEL CLEANER. IT KEPT NEEDING REPAIRS, I KEPT THE PARTS FROM THE FIRST CLEANER THAT I USED TO FIX THIS ONE. I SHAMPOO TWICE A YEAR, SO IT DOESNT GET MUCH USE. DURING EACH USE SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH IT. USUALLY THE EXTRACTOR OR THE WATER AND SHAMPOO MIXER GOES ON THE BRINK. I HAVE FINALLY TRASHED THIS ONE NOW BECAUSE NO MORE CAN BE DONE TO HELP IT. THE PLASTIC HOUSING GAVE WAY AND THE MIXER WENT AT THE SAME TIME, NO MORE. ALSO THE TANKS ARE CLUMSLY AND HARD TO CLEAN.

While my fiance and I are training a puppy, it's great to have this machine to take care of the "accidents." It's super easy to use, and works wonders on our carpets. Our puppy has been less willing to relieve herself on the carpet since getting this machine because she can no longer smell her scent there.. The carpet shampooer does an amazing job!

The tank uses a bladder system which means you can not use water which is even close too boiling hot.
