I bought the PowerForce a couple of months ago and I wouldn't have any other vacuum cleaner. Bissell really hit the nail on the head with this one. Plus, I like that fact that I can order filters, cleaner, etc. online and PLUS, they support Homeless Animals with their donations via some of their products.

And here I thought my old vacuum was good - fooled me! I bought this one because several people recommended it and as luck would have it, the store where I bought it had one left in stock (that's always a good sign - popular items never stay in stock). I was absolutely totally and completely amazed the first time I used it - super suction - and I came to the conclusion I had been living in dirt and filth for all these years and didn't know it. That problem is now solved. Great product Bissell -wish I had bought this years ago!!

I recently moved into a new place and needed a vacuum. For the price paid, the PowerForce Helix Turbo was much more then i was expecting. This thing does its job and does it great!!

Ok, this is the 3rd Bissell brand vacuum, that I have had/used, in close to 10yrs, the first 1 was my roommates vacuum, and the 2nd one was the older model of this same style, then I gave that one to my sister, and bought this model, and I have not had any real issues with any of them, except with this latest model, which came with a flawed roller brush(Which I would expect from a mass produced piece of equipment, just like a vehicle, it happens.), which, once I replaced it, I have not had any problems with it, until I just had to replace the belt for the roller brush, due to the person using it at the time, did not check and see if who used it before them, cleaned out the containers, and cleaned the filters, therefore, it caused the air flow to be bad, since the filters were plugged up, and the roller did not roll like it should have, and it ruined the belt, hence buying a new belt, and it was not Bissell's fault, it was the user's fault, and for anyone who is buying a new vacuum, no matter the brand, ALWAYS check the filters and the contains often, and memorize the sound the motor makes, when the air flow is clear, and when it changes, immediately turn-off the vacuum, and check the filters and the container, and if they look dirty, clean them, so the air flow stays strong, and I do suggest buying a second set of filters(The washable filters. Also, start with the exact same brand and etc, so you know, that they will work correctly, I have bought an off brand, good brand, but they did not work as well.) immediately, so that, you do not ruin the one set, while they need to finish drying(Usually takes a few days to fully dry.), but still need to use the vacuum in the meantime! I do recommend if you have a pet, use the powder deodorizing stuff, which ever scent you like, even the original, but, use it lightly, and make sure to lightly(Just hard enough to knock most of the powder out of the filter, but not hard enough to damage it.) smack the filter, once you hear the motors sound go from normal to that high pitched sound, or you will not have enough air flow, to pick it up, along with the dust/dirt in the carpeting!

I have gone through three of these vacuums. There is an engineering bad design built into this product. Thank God I bought the vacuum at Walmart. They have replaced my machine three times and now I am going back for my fourth exchange.... This time to upgrade. I vacuum only twice a week the average life span has been 4 months.Bottom line, my fault, you get what you pay for. Invest 40 more bucks and upgrade to a better machine . Walmart rocks! They have exchanged over and over....let's see if they let me upgrade.

Replacement belts and filters should be available where vacuum and shampoo units are purchased due to the delays and inconvenience to the consumer which circumvent the purpose for the unit. If I may please suggest including at least 1 spare belt with each product at the time of purchase to help us would seem appropriate and deeply appreciated. Thank you for the training videos! They are great!

Bought a new home and went bought the bissell power force and its a awesome sweeper... I wouldnt buy a dyson or any other expensive vacumn cleaner this does the job and great price. Congrats Bissell awesome job. Merry Christmas all!!!!

THIS VACUUM BLOWS MORE DIRT/DUST ON THE OUTSIDE THEN ON INSIDE. (ITS HORRIBLE) THE FILTER HAS TO BE CLEAN DAILY BECAUSE ALL THE DIRT GO STRAIGHT TO IT. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. HOPEFULLY THEY DON'T ERASE MY COMMENT. THIS A PIECE OF JUNK. NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE THE FILTER DUE TO REMOVING AND CLEANING DAILY. NEXT TIME I GET A SHARK BRAND
