I love the attachments, I love how light it is and best of all I love to finally be able to get my throw rugs cleaned and looking great. I've had battery operated little vacuums and other brands of electric and did not like the job they did. This little vacuum is powerful, easy to clean and a joy to use. September 8, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by DON'T BUY THIS! I was so please by the price and the light weight of this vacuum that i almost couldn't wait to use it! I got it home, I used it the 1st time and WONDERFUL! I couldn't wait until the next time! Well......Turns out this vacuum is only good for one use! There is no suction! It wont pick up lent! There is a ton of air that shoots out of the front of it by the filter and that does famously if what your looking for is a way to blow all of the dirt around your house and onto your furniture (which you can't vacuum off due to zero suction on your new Bissell). Rated 1 out of 5 by Save your precious dollars Please think twice before purchasing this vacuum. Spend $20-30 more and really GET something. I had this vacuum a mere year--and then the wheels began coming off. Each time I swung around a corner or piece of furniture off popped a wheel. I finally had to manually lift and maneuver it until I could hie myself to the nearest store to get something better. When I vacuumed around the cat's litter box it only "picked up" about half of any scatterings and if I then had to lift the vacuum over a sill, it spit out the half it had suctioned! (Grit striking bare legs isn't pleasant.) It also kept retaining things under the "screen" that covers the brush roll. This entailed removing five Philips screws, carefully taking off the cover, then cleaning inside, hoping not to disturb the rubber belt when doing so.. Save your precious dollars and get something better designed than this model. November 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not pleased I have owned this vacuum less than 2 months and I have never been more unhappy with a vacuum cleaner. It worked very well for the first couple of uses. The hose attachment has good suction but It has no more suction from the base at all. Instead, it feels like it is blowing air out. I also dislike the amount of air that is pushed out of the vacuum around the filter, it blows hair and dirt all over. It seems like I have to completely disassemble and clean the vacuum and filters before every use. November 6, 2014

The vac has great pick up, but does have a tremendous air flow at the bottom and can blow things around. My concern is that it has an EAR PIERCING WHISTLE. Why? I don't know why, but I really wish it would stop. NEED HELP!!!!!! October 16, 2014

So far, I am not satisfied with you vacuum, I have to replace the belt drive roller and now my left wheel keeps falling off. Rated 1 out of 5 by great disappointment i purchased this vacuum in july when i moved to a new apartment because i only had a stick vac. I was very excited because it was fuschia!!! when i got it out of the box it worked famously and was great. but after the first use it stopped sucking up anything at all. the hose from the floor to the dirt trap was easily clogged so i cleaned itout thinking that it would restore suction, but no such luck. the unit now isnt even picking up dirt or anything its just pushing it around and in the air. i know this because there isnt even any dirt or anything in the dirt cup or the lint filter. i dont have any animals either. i would understand if i was trying to suck up giant fur balls. but it is for a small 2 bedroom apartment. the hose doesnt suck up anything. i tried to use the attachments to clean around my baseboards and it doesnt even have enough to suck up lint or stick to my hand!!! all in all the 3 months that i have owned this product it has done nothing but fall short. i would say that this product sucks... but it doesnt. and its suppose to. would not recommend it. After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when most shipments will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Most orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Most orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. Your order should still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. It can take up to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
