Gracey was rescued when she was abandoned as a kitten at a local dog pound.  With the love and care of her pet parents, Joanne and Paul, she blossomed into a beautiful and playful feline with just enough mischief to keep her parents on their toes. Gracey was excited to win the 2010 Bissell Most Valuable Pet (MVP) contest and thrilled that the $10,000 donation went to help her cousins at PurrEver Ranch Sanctuary.

Joanne’s Global Field Master of Zoology concentration is in big cat conservation. She is the author of The Tiniest Tiger, an educational children’s book that compares the similarities of domestic cats to their big cat cousins.

Gracey and her parents know how lucky she was to be rescued and through The Tiniest Tiger’s Conservation Cub Club, remind us to care for all earth’s cats both big and small.
