Our dog is very over protective of our family, so it’s difficult to have people over. Help!

If your dog (or cat) is exhibiting behavior problems involving aggression or over-protection, this is a serious issue. Addressing this behavior as soon as possible will lead to the best results. Even minor acts of aggression or being too protective can be an early sign of more trouble to come. Please talk to your family veterinarian or a board certified veterinary behaviorist (a veterinarian who is schooled and experienced in the animal behavior practice) right away.
