Please help!! I have 2 small dogs who are getting older. They have recently started urinating on my dining room floor, which is laminate. The dogs have been checked thoroughly by my vet and he seems to think it is behavioral since all tests have come back negative.
My big problem is how can I clean the floor to get the urine from the seams of the floor? I have cleaned with an enzymatic cleaner and steamed it with my Bissell Steamer..but I still have a urine odor in there. Any suggestions?

Cheryl,
I’m sorry to hear your senior pups are making a bathroom out of your dining room! How frustrating! Your vet gave you the best advice—this is a behavioral problem that should be evaluated by a reputable canine behavior modification professional or even a veterinary behaviorist. Your family vet should be able to refer you to either.
As for cleaning and eliminating the odor of the urine from your laminate floor, I have good news! Continue to use BISSELL’s enzyme action formula and follow these specific directions will eliminate the lingering odors.
That should do the trick!
