We had high hopes for the Bissel pet hair sweeper. But after just a few uses, it has stopped charging. Very disappointed. I expected much more from Bissel

I received it as a gift and was especially happy it was cordless. The first one wouldn't charge at all. My friend returned it and the second one charged one time but now won't charge at all even though the green light is on. I'm very disappointed. Since it was a gift I'm stuck. I don't have the box or receipt. Not at all what I hoped for.

I bought this product to help with the pet hair cleanup in between weekly cleaning. Even my husband was willing to use it, however couldn't get it to charge. When plugging in the unit it the charging light goes straight green saying its ready, which it wasn't. Back to the store it went thinking it was just one that was defective, and gave Bissell another try with another one. To my surprise the same thing has happen no charge and indicating light goes right to green meaning ANOTHER trip to return it. Like everyone else extremely disappointed with this Bissell product. Please Bissell look at this product to get the problem corrected so I can continue putting my trust in your products.

just purchased this sweeper & charged over night. went to use this morning & it has as much suction as a dead
puppy sucking on its mom! wish i had read the reviews before i purchased. usually don't make comments on items but hopefully the manufacturer will make necessary improvements!

I can't disagree with other reviews, except to say Bissell made it right for me. They sent another sweeper of the same style and when it didn't work they were kind enough to help me order a plug in model that I am very happy with, Except it didn't have the crevis tool. When the company makes it right, that says it all. Thank you bissell.

I purchased this product because it had the title Pet Hair Eraser, it barely picks up kitchen crumbs and seems to have little suction. I had a shark sweeper and thought this would be better however it was not the case. Also the disposal method leaves a lot to be desired. Debris is diffucult to remove. Bottom line "Needs Major Improvement".

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. (I can't give it a zero) I've had a Swiffer sweeper vacs and the batteries finally died after a couple years #LOVED THEM# so decided to pick this up. I got it at Kohl's on Friday, it charged all day Saturday and is being retuned on Sunday - like all the others, it did not charge, even though the light turned green to show it had. I checked 1/2 way through the charge because the instructions say to be sure it is in the "off" position #even though you can't tell if it's "On or Off" because it's a "push/click" and does not indicate which is "on or off" #specially when there's no power going to it#. Save your $$ - by the way Bissell, here is a suggestion - concept is great but even better, add a soft pad behind the brush so it would "dust" the hard floors and also pick up the debris #but could be removed on the carpet and thrown into the wash#

I can't even tell you if the product actually works, because it never charged up. After 6 hours - nothing. After two days - nothing. After three weeks of charging - NOTHING.
Very disappointed. Hope I can still return.
