I bought this product less than two months ago and the left wheel locked up, making it unusable!! I have used Bissell products for years and that is why I purchased this item as an upgrade. This items is going from my new home to its new home - THE TRASH CAN as soon as I finish writing this review. I will not buy another item of this type and will stick to my old old push sweeper that I have had for years for my quick cleanups around the house.

GREAT FOR CRUMBS, AREA RUGS, HARDWOOD FLOORS, CERAMIC AND IN BETWEEN CLEANING. ALSO PICKS UP DOG HAIRS AND PEOPLE HAIRS. THE BRUSHES SHOULD BE CLEANED AFTER EACH USE. MY 4 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER USES IT AS ONE OF HER CHORES AND SHE LOVES IT!

This sweeper is the best thing since sliced bread! I am now using my second one that I purchased about four years ago. The one before this one lasted for over three years, and I use it every day...and use it over most of the house every day...it really gets a workout. It picks up the dirt and dust and lint so well, I am able to drag out the heavy vac less frequently...just about every other week! I love this sweeper...have given it as gifts to my friends...they love it also! Thank you for such a excellent product...please continue to make it!!

Bought the sweeper about 2 weeks ago and was really impressed with the way it picked up but then, all of a sudden, the wheel got stuck and then the sweeper stopped. Figured that the battery was low and recharged it but it still wouldn't work. So, after reading the reviews about other people's wheels getting bound up, I took it apart, dropped it all over the floor, found that there was one broken belt that drives the side brush and it had tangled up with the brush drive belt, making the whole thing stop. After putting it back together again, it works perfectly. Except for the one side brush, of course. What a pain. I hope it's worth it.

I have a heart condition and using a large vacuum is not good for me. My little Bissel cleaner keeps things tidy without a lot of pressure on me. This is the second one for me I could not be without it. Thanks for such a nice product.

I am very happy with its performance. Just what I need for inbetween heavy vacuuming. I had a Shark before and even though they replaced it once,. the handle still broke after a few uses and now it doesn't stay charged for very long. This Bissell picks up a lot more dirt.

I had read a lot of the reviews before I bought this sweeper but it still amazed me. I also rescue cats and that means a lot of "litter trails" not to mention the strange "eating habits". This sweeper picks up it all with ease including the dreaded cat hair. I've been praising it to all my friends.

I purchased two of these sweepers about 7 or 8 months ago and I love them. I purchased them for cleaning my hardwood floors, particularly around the litter boxes. One of them is still working great but my other one just died! The battery died down and I plugged it in to recharge, but it wouldn't charge. I hoped it would last longer that it did. But I still have one left.

This sweeper is great for picking up tufts of dog hair in between vacuuming, among other things. It's easy to use, works great, light weight and certainly worth the money. It also picked up well on tile floors. It was very easy to assemble

I've had mine about a year & knew going in that there were issues with the belts on the side wheels. Day one, mine jammed but I didn't want to hassle with the return, so I took it apart & put the belt back on the pulley. Since then, one has stopped working, but isn't jammed so I've left it. The side wheels don't affect the main sweeper.
Otherwise, it's been very handy for my small apt. with a mix of tile & berber style carpet. I use it between regular vacs & especially around the litter box. I'm always amazed at how much stuff it picks up.
The all plastic construction feels like it's going to fall apart, but has held up reasonable well. Not sure if I'd buy another.

took first one back day after purchased because right rear wheel froze up and got another and it's the same piece of junk and same problem plus on second one the roller brush froze and quit working ! will return this one also ! They should be removed from market as the are defective and unusable !

I had never owned a power sweeper previously. I have to say it not only met my expectations, but exceeded them easily. I did have a problem that many others stated: the side brush did not rotate on the right side of my sweeper. It did not seem to really matter. It still was picking up stuff that I was not able to get with a mop or with a broom.

This is my second Perfect Sweep Turbo Sweeper. The handle on my first one broke after 3 years. I use the sweeper on all bare floors in my apt. It's light-weight and emptying it is a breeze. It even works on very low-pile carpet. It works great! I would be lost without my Perfect Sweep Turbo Sweeper.

I'm telling you - I go through vacuums like water in my life, and now with lots of pain and weakness, this is my new best friend.
It picks up everything, is SO LIGHTWEIGHT!!!!!!!, easy to clean (dirt cup, brushes, whole unit), and stands up by itself. It charges well and HOLDS the charge, you can vacuum a 3400 sq ft home without running the battery down and I go s-l-o-w. Buying 3 more in case they discontinue them... compared to Swivel Sweeper - this one totally ROCKS!!!!!!

I cannot praise this product enough. I rescue cats. As many pet owners know, cat fur is difficult to pick up off carpets. Some of my foster kitties are afraid of vacuums and I was at a loss as to what to use. Once I read about the Turbo Rechargeable Sweeper I got one.
After charging, it picked up all the cat fur on the carpet better than my vacuum and the noise level is so low that none of my cats were upset by it - even a mama cat with kittens! Plus it does bare floors beautifully. I can't praise this product enough. Great job Bissell.

This is my second purchase of the Turbo Cordless Rechargeable Sweeper. The first lasted over 10 years without any issues and I was so glad it was still available. Love the new look and this one seems even quiter than the first one. Saved some of the parts for spares just in case I ever need them. Thanks for a great product.

I thoroughly enjoy my cordless Perfect Sweep Turbo. Living with 4 birds, one is always molting. My sweeper easily picks up the feathers along with their seed hulls and the people crumbs without dealing with an electric cord or a dust pan. I often use it several times a day. Recharging is no problem: connect it in the bathroom of an evening and the first person up disconnects it. I don't ever want to be without it!

This vacuum works very well. I did have some trouble with it at first. The small red side brushes both came off within the first two weeks that I owned it. I called customer service and they sent me a new one at no charge. I have had no similiar problems and am very happy with the vacuum/and with bissell.

Easy to assemble and use. Lightweight and slides under most cabinets. Also, very quiet with good pickup-much needed for use in our radio dispatch center! Quick and easy to empty debris catch tray.

I am not happy with my sweeper as I plugged it in for 24 hours to charge it and it just barely runs. I have charged it up again and it still doesn't run to good. I emailed Bissell and they said that I would have a response in 24 hours and that was 2 weeks ago.. I may go back to the shark because atleast it would run better than this one.

This is my third sweeper, the problem is that the breakdown occurs when the drive belt breaks and they tell you that part is not replaceable. Then you are forced to purchase an entire sweeper,when all you really needed was a belt.
This is very frustrating and this is my last "Bissell Purchase"

Since I dont actually own my own unit, cant give 5 stars, YET. I use one at the house I babysit at with 2 6 month old babies and 3 long haired dogs to get the floors clean before putting the boys down. Works amazingly and can go from area rugs to hardwood to laminate without having to switch anything or push any buttons. I will be buying my own soon!!!

I was musing today, while using my turbo sweeper, "I hope Bissell never changes this sweeper." I find it remarkable that I have been using this sweeper for over 6 years, with a dog, on rugs, carpets, ceramic tile, and hardwood floors, just emptying the dirt compartment and cleaning the beater bar, every time I empty the dirt compartment. When I think of the expensive vacs that are in my closet that haven't seen the light of day because of this sweeper. Of course it is too bad it doesn't do small, tight spots, but you can't have everything.
