The Access Plate is critical component to your machine's performance. It holds the brush and belt into place on the machine. Typically it includes 5 to 8 screws depending on the model. Signs to replace your Access Plate are if you are experiencing any wearing on the inside or outside of the access plate. While you are doing routine maintenance, if you notice wear and tear of the brush, you may want to check the access plate as well as they go hand in hand.

Where's my model number?

Your product's model number can be found on a white label like this.
It is usually located at the lower back of the machine, underneath it, or behind the cleaning tanks.

How can I find my part number?

Part numbers are usually not printed on the part, so they are trickier to find. Some part numbers are located in your machine's user's guide, but not all of them. If you don't know your part number, the easiest way to find the correct part is to first find your machine, and then look through its parts list.
