Rated 5 out of 5 by Best cleaner next to hiring a cleaning maid I purchased this for my wife, but had to give it a test run to insure it would do the great job as stated. I was not disappointed and it is even better than advertised. I cleaned the bathroom glass doors and could not believe the outstanding results. Then I swept and cleaned the bathroom tile floors and tile sink areas. This is by all standards, the best steam cleaning tool I have ever used. I am trying to think of a way to use it in my shop. Rated 5 out of 5 by Now we're cooking I had an old steam buggy but the handle broke and the company is no longer around for parts. I decided to try the lift off steam mop since I was familiar with using steam to clean and had an especially difficult problem with the grout lines in my shower. I've tried everything including straight bleach to no avail, it resisted everything I could throw at it. The day I received my unit it was put to the test straight foward. Within minutes the problem was solved. The next test was on my dark clay tile floors. Again the steam mop came through with flying colors. My only complaint as others have mentioned is the need for a trigger on the handle rather on the pod itself. This way you can steam and them wipe with an old towel to pick up the loosened grim when cleaning grout. I own several Bissell products and they have never let me down. Best of all, they listen to their customers concerns and incorporate them when making improvement to their products. Keep up the good work! September 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this steamer! This is my fourth steamer and by far the most superior that I have used. I have owned a Black and Decker, Shark Vac then Steam, and Shark Superior (can't remember the exact name) and none of them cleaned as well as this product. I have a very messy husband with constant indoor and outdoor renovations, a baby who is always throwing her food on the floor and, 2 very large dogs. I recently paid a professional $500 to clean the grout on my kitchen floor. The Bissell did a FAR better job and took less time and money! It does fantastic on my tile and hardwood surfaces. I have NO complaints at all compared to the other cleaners I have used. June 17, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Does not work I have gone through two lift off steam mops. Each time I have used the bissell demineralized water and each time it has fried itself. The bissell licensed repair man couldn't even get it working. I would not recommend this junk product to anyone. April 12, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointed I bought this product about a year ago from AAFES. I deployed to Afghanistan three months later. It sat in a closet not being used for six months. We used it for about three months after my deployment and it suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and they told me I would have to find a service center here in Germany where I am stationed. There are none. I requested a replacement since the unit is still under warranty, and they dodged the question. I paid good money for this thing and I would like to use it. I'm not sure why they refuse to honor their warranty. April 8, 2013

I bought this 3 weeks ago with the intention of using it mostly on my hard wood floors, however, once using the canister feature I haven't stopped cleaning all the granite in my home as well as the bathroom tile! This lift off steam mop is fabulous! I hate to deep clean, especially our steam shower, but my goodness this steam mop makes it so easy! My granite counters haven't been this clean since they were installed, and my wood floors are looking great too! The ONLY change I would make would be the fact that you have to hold down the steam button while holding the canister (in one hand) and use your other hand to clean with, a simple steam on/off button would make steaming hard to reach areas easier. Overall, absolutely LOVE, and have become a bissell customer for life! March 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Did I purchase the wrong product for my needs? First of all, let me say that Bissell has been great! However, I was looking for a product to maintain my 1,000+sf of porcelain tile, plus about 300sf of vinyl planking. This product does a great job on the vinyl but it doesn't seem to clean the grout in the tile. So we tried "getting on the floor" using the grout attachment and the attachment was destroyed after only doing a small portion of the square footage and it was horrible on my body. Hence, did I purchase the wrong product for my needs? March 14, 2013

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
