We have a 4 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever named "Abby". She's quite a handful, loves us dearly but she does have some issues. She's afraid of way too many things including strangers, hates other dogs and is sometimes too "touchy" and possesive! She is NOT an easy going even tempered dog like the Golden Retriever "Ralph" and Golden/ Lab cross "Jessie" we had that have since passed away from cancer at 14 years and 10 years respectfully.
We love Abby tons anyway, she is usually very sweet with us and is also a lot of fun. She definitely needs a lot of exercise.
