Don't over apply cleaning agents. Using too much won't get it any cleaner. It only creates more work to remove the excess and wastes our precious water.

I have found that using a small amount of white vinegar and water works well for small living spaces because it does not stink like bleach and it disinfects.

If you are allergic to bleach, clean with plain listerine. Kills germs and smells great.

My dear sister put a hot dish on my heirloom dining table which left a big white ring. This week I learned that a white towel and an iron on the steam setting completely removes it! Don’t get how it works, but it really does!!

Help! Can't find the recipe for a wall washing solution that works great. I think this is it:

For washing walls use 3 cups sudsy ammonia, 2 cups baking soda and 1 cup vinegar in one gallon (or is it two gallons) water. Rinse well with clean fresh water.

Please advise.

I nice fragrant spray or even bleach/water to clean counters in the bathroom and kitchen, make it seem as if you've cleaned all day.
