your best parts / repair experience

I moved to Florida from Colorado, I had used Nelsons on Filmore while living in colorado. I broke my belt and went to replace it and snapped a small clip that holds the  assembly arm in place I looked all over central Florida and got NO help so two months later I decided to call back to Colorado Springs Colorado  Nelson appliance repair . and the lady walked me through finding the correct part then suggested that I order directly from Bissell because she would have to order the part then ship it to me, and ordering direct would save ME time and money.   I live here in Florida but I will still send everyone I know to nelson;s in colorado springs co. they are the best.

I would just order it from Bissell.  Especially since you get free shipping and you are guaranteed that the parts are always genuine.  If you have enough reward points you could also get 10% off.
