To says time and stepsI leave extra trash bags at the bottom of the watse baskets around the house. That way there is one handy when I take out the trash.

I work at a camp and we do that in all the guest rooms.  That way if their trash is full and they take it out there's already a replacement liner in the can.  It's helpful for guests.

I was taught that trick when I worked as the night janitor at the municipal airport cleaning the bathrooms and vaccuuming carpets on the concourses.  It is a good tip.
