whats the worst experience u had with a vacuum?

Posted on 3/11/11 at 2:54 PM By Meredith Lemon | 8 Replies
Mine was with this vacuum In had right before buying my bissell. A fews after I received this vacuum for birthday it brakes. So I had to take it in to get it repaired. Then a month later the wheel breaks off. It wasnt that great of a vacuum. But it did what I needed it to do. Then a year later it starts acting up. My mom was like take it in to get serviced. I never really liked it bc it never seemed to do that great of a job and I needed something I could get up and down the stairs. The one I had was hard to do that. I just didnt have the heart to tell them I didnt like it. Its the thought and I appreciated it.

I had a hoover wind tunnel that have a part burn inside and left a odor in the house for days and since it was under warranty I had it fixed which took 2 weeks to get it back and within a month of getting it back it did the same thing.

I had new carpet and the tube going into the container would ALWAYS get stuck. I had to clean it out with a hanger every time I used it

I have the worst push sweeper, you know the kind that don't plug in? It's horrible, it just pushes stuff around instead of picking it up. I swear sometimes the floors are worse after using that thing!

The driveway where I lived had been tarred and rocked earlier in the week and some of the rock got brought back into the apartment...it stuck to the carpet and peppered holes in the vaccuum bag.  I replaced the bag several times and it kept putting holes in the bags.  That was when I decided to go bagless with my next vaccuum cleaner.

Probably this Sharp that we had.  I think it got replaced from Sears 3 or 4  times because it was always breaking.  The handle release broke a lot.  Then after Sharp stopped making them it died and we threw it out.
