I have used everything from Murphy's to the wet jet to microfiber mops. I have a infant and lots of spills. I have found that after having the floor finished and shined, the best way to keep it shiny is to seep 2 tea bags in boiling water for a few minutes and then mop using a microfiber mop and this mixture. It will keep your floors shiny. Also another method is to mix 1/2 teaspoon of olive or jojoba oil and a 1/4 cup of vinegar or lemon juice then mop using a soft cloth or microfiber mop. Just be sure to wring out as much liquid as possible before using it to wipe your wood floors.
