Spaghetti is fairly quick and can be healthy if done right. We use bottled sauce from the store but we only buy sauce with good ingredients...no chemicals, etc. Just boil noodles of your choice, warm up the sauce and maybe add some left over meat or vegies and maybe make a side salad with some raw carrots, etc. added. Dinner is done in no time!
