I wash and dry the clothes and my mom folds them.  I just dump them in a pile on the love seat to be folded.  My grandma is a cleaning lady and some people have her do their laundry.  Which means they have it really simple.

My daughter always has a lot of t-shirts in her laundry. Instead of hanging them up one at a time, I lay them flat on the dryer as I pull them out in a stack. Then I grab a bunch of hangers and put them in the neck holes as they're laying there. I can then pick them up as a bunch and hang them up together. Easier than going through the motions for every shirt.
