What is your most unusual or original recycling idea?

Post any ideas or hints that could be helpful to others!!!  I like to take the "gunk" from my sweeper cups and scatter outside for the birds to use for their nests.  It seems to always disappear quite rapidly.        PS  I live in a rural area, so don't have to worry about the neighbors, etc.

I like the idea of putting the sweeper cup "gunk" out for the critters, but I don't have trees for any birds to nest in. Wonder if it would still get carried off, or if I'd be out there "vacuuming" my yard later.
