Vacuuming often and dusing helps!  During the night my dogs sleep in there crates and during the day they play outside.. so that helps!  I put a blanket at the bottom of the bed where the cat sleeps... it generally gets most of her hair instead of all over our bed comforter

Just make sure the puppies are trained right

I find that using my flip-it at least 2x a week helps me to keep down on what appears to be tumble weeds in our florida room.
