what would you do drastically eco friendly for a free bissell ?

Id probally start a composte pile and start using my own stool for good soil. Id also use no lights in my house for a month!

Ok, using your own stool is too weird - that's why nobody's responded. But your question is a good one. Gotta post legit comments to get good ones in response. With that said, no light for month and you won't know how dirty your house is.
