Beware of the purchase of a Bissell perfect sweep turbo

I've used it twice in just a small area and the right wheel stuck. so i investigated , thinking it would be easy (such as removing a string that may be trapped) well as the instructions show i unscrewed the plate on bottom...omg!! nothing inside was fixed in place EVERYTHING FELL OUT OF PLACE. as for the wheel being stuck....NO....that was not the problem. it would seem that during assembly they must have discovered or knew that the belt was too loose. so ....the fix for this was a simple knot in the belt. so the purchaser would be happy with the product until the 2 time using it when the knot would get caught in the wheel , causing the wheel to never move again. Bissell shame on you! i will NEVER purchase another bissell product!!!
