My allergies are year round as I am allergic to dust and dust mites, which I think is the hardest to control. I refuse to give up having carpeted flooring in the Midwest where the winters can be very cold, so therefore I deal with the dust mite issue constantly.
You get used to having allergies or an illness after you have dealt with them for a long time.
