This thing is perfect on floors but not good on carpet.
I used it to suck up hair on floors to quickly sweep up dust on hard floors. When it's filled up on hair I don't feel a loss of power

Sorry, I wrote my review in the improper place, I guess.
My review is one of dissatisfaction. Had 3 cleaners like this and each one gets worse and worse. First one
was a delight. Second and third are losers. Never again!!!
My comment is among the comment section in answer to a question about washing filters..
Had a BIG GREEN that had a short life. Great while it worked.

Love this vac. I bought 2 of these one for upstairs, another for downstairs. It is light weight which makes it easy to grab for daily floor cleaning, but the floor cleaning attachment is easily removed so I can use the vac as a hand held. I like being able to lift it and quickly clean walls and ceiling. Goodbye cobwebs! The crevice tool lets me make quick work of baseboards and HVAC vents. Because it is so light weight I can also vacuum the stairs, before I had to sweep them because I feared losing control of my old heavy vac. This is a terrific vac!

This quick vac was originally purchased to do clean-up of our litter box area. We purchased to for each area with apprehension. It performed better than expected and even though I'm handicapped, I can finally clean this and our hardwood and area rugs with out any problems. It's wonderful. I would buy for each floor but it's not necessary because it is so lightweight. I recommend it to many and would buy it for a gift. Buy one today!

The vac picks up lose cat hair and crumbs very well but will not pick up CLUMPS of hair. Also most of the cat hair clings to the cloth filter and has to be removed by hand!!!!

I would like to see a different shaped filter as I find myself rubbing the filter to get all the materials off so it has better suction. The dirt gets caught in the folds. That or a bag collecting type system. It does get a little messy trying to empty it with one hand holding the unit.
I really like it otherwise, does a much better job than a cordless.
Do I understand correctly, these filters are washable?

I've wanted to try a small upright vacuum for a long time, so as soon as we left church yesterday I asked my husband to take me to buy the Bissell Featherweight that was advertised in the Sunday newspaper. Well, we bought it, brought it home and tried it out. It's just what I needed and very flexible as far as getting under the edges of my kitchen cabinets, picking up small crumbs off of my beautiful hardwood kitchen flooring.
Now it can stand in my small hall closet, waiting to be
used frequently without straining my back. Thank you.

I needed something that I could use quick to clean up my floors and carpet. This does what its suppose to do. I found it was easier for me to use the handheld with the long handle to pickup on my carpet. I had a lot of birdseed on the carpet and I didnt want to drag out the big vac. I like the option of using it as a floor vac or handheld. Since I have back problems leaving the long handle on it to use it as a handheld ment less bending over. Glad I bought this, my carpet looks so much better now that all the seed and dust is now gone. Can be used to get dust bunnies in the high corners of a room too. Just use the handheld with the long handle on it. Its not that heavy. Another great product from Bissell!

Love my featherweight vacuum. Reliable - especially because it is corded. Have previously owned cordless sweepers and brooms and have always been disappointed when I needed a quick clean up the battery would need charging. The Bissell is perfect - Ready to go, quick clean up and does a great job. I bought a second one for my daughter!

Very light and easy to handle for light vacuuming and the crevice attachment allows you to get into tight spaces. all in all I am very pleased with this vacuum especially on hard floors.

I love this little vacuum! It does a great job on every floor! If you need to clean something quick, just plug it in and go! No need to get out the big heavy vacuum!! This is my second one and I would buy it over and over.

We have hard-wood and tile throughout the house and we have 2 beautiful dogs that shed (OMG) daily. Our bissell is the best item We have ever owned. This light weight, durable, and amazingly strong machine has done our family justice. Because we love it so much we insisted that my Mother buy one for her home. We are now buying replacement filters and just because we love our little Bissell, we are buying a second one just incase they decide to stop carrying it!!!!!
Way to go Bissell, we love our featherweight vacuum!!!!!

I love this vacuum! It is adroable and very functional for a college student living in a dorm such as myself. The vacuum is compact, and is easy to store, since I don't have much room. The detachable pieces are wonderful too, it makes it easy to clean counter tops or corners. I love this vacuum and is absolutely a good buy.

This stick vacuum is great for the price. It vacuums up very well on my tile floors. Picks up good on the carpet too but harder to push. The handle came out a couple of times though.

When the handle is attached to the vacumn it does loosen upon the movement of the vacuuming during carpet vacuuming but not on the wood or vinyl floors.You can try it too as the small plastic hub is not tight enough at the point of stress on the handle connection. Otherwise I like this electric broom it is so light and easy on the back.

This vacuum is great for the price! I use it for non-carpeted floors and it's easier then sweeping. Meijer had mine on sale for $19.99 and for the price, it's a great product.

While the suction power is fairly good, this is a poorly designed lightweight vacuum.
When emptying the dirt container, the filter (attached to the vacuum) is exposed, causing dirt and debris to fall onto the floor. Because the filter and container are two separate pieces, two hands are required to hold each piece, making it extremely awkward to prevent the debris from falling away from the filter. There is also no other way to remove the filter for cleaning without getting dirt and debris all over hands and clothing.
When not in use, it will not stand upright with or without the floor nozzle attached, causing it to fall over frequently. The location of the cord on the back of the vacuum makes it awkward to loop the cord around the cord wraps.
I find myself filthy and frustrated each time I use the Featherweight vacuum.

I love this sweeper. This is my second one (I wore my last one out). I use it on my ceramic tile floor and hardwood floors. It's so easy to just grab this, plug it in and your on your way and done in no time. Easy to empty and stores conveniently. I purchased this one on-line and had it in 3 days with free shipping! I will always have one of these in my home.

I have bought so many of these little Stick Vacuums, I have one on each level of my home, have given one to each of my three grown children, and buy them for friends as gifts. Everyone loves them, and they do a GREAT job, especially on wood, tile, & vinyl floors. They even work well on area rugs. I am a big fan.

I watched, as this product was used on a TV, I thought it looked like it could do the trick. We just remolded our kitchen, I wanted to use something that would not harm the new floor or my hard wood floors. So, I went to a local store, I bought the FeatherWeight Vacuum. I love it. It is the greatest little Vacuum I ever bought. I even told my relatives about it and they have it too. I use this all the time for everything.

Really like this model. Even though it is not cordless. I had bought a Bissell 3 n 1 vac before and loved it. ( it had a longer cord than this one). But they both are very powerful for there size and convenient . I bought model 29h3 ( cordless one) it is not as poweful. The handle is made to collapse to fit under furniture . Now it collapses all the time. Not powerful. I will stick to this one. Just wish cord was longer . Definetly recommend this one.

This is my first and last "stick" vacuum because I'll keep it forever. It's lightweight, doesn't take up closet space, always handy, doesn't need charged and always easily available. No more sweeping hard wood and bathroom floors. I'm going to purchase 1 for each of my daughters.
