The DigiPro® is the only BISSELL vacuum with Digital Sensor Technology, which automatically adjusts the vacuum’s suction power for optimal cleaning. As the suction power adjusts, the rotating floor brush helps lift out dirt and debris. Instead of bending over and adjusting the surface level when you switch from hard floors to carpet or vice versa, you can access these controls at the top of the handle – right at your fingertips. Rated 4 out of 5 by keeps on ticking I purchased this product 9 years ago, due to reputation and the fact that I like cannister vacuums. Besides the light going out, I don't have any real complaints other than I have to purchase bags on-line. It sucks up pet hair like nobody's business-- I have 2 cats and a dog, and other than replacing a belt once, no issues. September 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by my experience I have had my DigiPro for 4 years. I like how it fits under beds and it's performance is good. I have however replaced the wand 3 times and with the last replacement the plastic part with wires attached broke the first day. I am not rough with it. I am now replacing the hose, it tore open at the base of handle. This will most likely be the last time I replace a part on this vacuum. Wonderful vacuum if it would hold up on parts. May 18, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by never-ending problems I've had my machine for 3 years. I've already had to replace the hose and handle and now the "dirtlifter power brush" is not functioning. Just spinning dirt with no suction. I wish the model had a simple extension with a floor brush. Ugh. I hate to have to buy another vacuum so soon, but I may give up on this one. March 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good but..... My wife n I got this vacuum as a gift from my mother n grandmother. We have had it for just over 3 years n have had fairly good results with it with the exception of the plastic piece at the end of the extending wand has broken 4 times since we've had it. First time it was replaced with no problems but the next two times it broke we got told we must be too rough with it n told by Bissell that supposedly no one else had complained about the piece constantly breaking. It has broken now for the 4th time this past November n have not been able to use it since. My wife n I once we have the money to will be buying a new vacuum n it will not be another Bissell unless the customer service improves greatly n plastic pieces are made a bit stronger. Rated 2 out of 5 by Final Straw I have had the Digipro for over 2 years now. It is used in a residence we only live in 7 months out of the year. So usage is much less than average. I had to replace the connector to the floor brush last summer. Plastic snapped. I was fortunate to find the part on-line, because when I came to this site to find a replacement, I couldn't find one and would have had to spend much more to buy a whole new floor brush. The hose clogs constantly. I do have a short haired dog. But the other brand of vac at our other residence never clogs. And neither did the other brand I had here before this one. One the bright side, suction is good when it isn't clogged. The wand is now stuck to the handle. Two of us pulling with all our might, and a healthy dose of WD40 can't get it apart. This problem started a few months ago. But we always managed to get it apart. But no longer. So there goes my ability to use the turbo attachment to clean my stairs. The release is working, the metal does not appear to be bent (I am very careful with my appliances and do not abuse them), and it's clean. So I'm done with it. Even without the breakdowns, this is not an optimal machine. The bags are small. So more expensive to run. The canister tips easily, often turning itself off, as the switch is not on the handle. And the brush (also replaced already) wore down much too fast. The last two vacs I owned lasted 14 and 12 years and one actually still runs. This is my first and last Bissell. Needless to say, I am disappointed. May 8, 2013

But I ran that thing hard for 8 years so I cannot complain. I liked the attachments, used them on my cars, stairs, 12 foot ceilings and more. I miss it but will get something else this time around. Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Product I purchased this vacuum direct from Bissell online 6 months ago. It looked good but very heavy to carry up and down stairs. Dirt doesn't go into the bag but blows inside the machine. The hose folds and cuts off air. It doesn't travel and keeps capsizing. The brush roll is very noisy. Suction is virtually non-existent. I complained and was sent a replacement foot, which was faulty - it didn't clip onto the hose. I have to use it with the very small upholstery apppliance now, which improves suction greatly but its like cleaning the house with a toothbrush. I complained again and was told to take it to a service center 50 miles away and get it serviced at my own expense - even though its still under guarantee. Very disappointing. January 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Miele Look-a-Like This vacuum looks excactly like a Miele! It has very nice styling and a beautiful finish. Overall a good vacuum with a hepa filter. Not sure if the whole vacuum is sealed to control possible air leaks though. Suction is reasonable and the controls are convienient. My biggest complaint is that the handle doesn't turn where the hose connects to it. That makes manuverability more difficult when dusting various surfaces. The Miele handle does turn 360 degrees. The Bissell DigiPro copies most features of the expensive Miele, but they left out this important one. It would have made the vacuum much easier to use. December 27, 2012

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when most shipments will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Most orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Most orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2014 include: May 26, July 4, September 1, November 27, November 28, December 25, and December 26.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. Your order should still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. It can take up to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
