I bought this carpet machine to clean up carpet stains,I havea large pet and it gets the carpet and stairs very dirty. this machine works great.and the carpet cleaner has a nice smell to it.

I love everything about this product except for the tanks. Both the solution and dirty water tanks are to small, which keeps you refilling & emptying them.

I bought this carpet cleaner because of many pet stains on the living room carpet from 3 dachshunds before they were trained to go outside. We had used a carpet cleaning company before this and weren't completely satisfied. We have Berber carpet. Where the worst stains were, I used a hand sprayer with carpet spot remover, then went over the area with the Bissell several times. I heated the Bissell cleaning mixture in the microwave before putting in the machine. The heater in the machine kept it hot good. The rotating brushes, a good hot cleaner, and a good suction really work good to clean. The suction was pretty strong and I was able to remove most of the liquid from the carpet. The carpets came out cleaner than they ever had from the carpet cleaning companies. This machine was easy to use and I could stand upright so my back didn't hurt. Our stairs get really dirty during the winter from the snow and dirt being tracked in. Being able to detach the lift off part of the machine made it easy to suck up the dirty stuff. To loosen up the dirt I used an upright carpet machine with two circle brushes we already had.

I love my new Bissell Lift Off Pet Deep Cleaner. Used it on my carpets several times already which get very dirty from having two large dogs running in and out from the yard. Works great and really pulls the dirt from the carpet. I haven't had a chance to use the lift off cleaner on any furniture or steps because of knee surgery but I can't wait to try it. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone contemplating buying a new carpet cleaner.

I love everything about this product except for the tanks. The solution and dirty water tanks are to small, you have to fill them up every 5 mins. But over all my carpets look new again. I even did my cars carpets and the interior. Everything that I have deep cleaned looks and smells wanderful.

This machine out cleaned my previous shampooer. It worked wonderfully on the stains in living room carpet from juice cups. I have also used the lift-off feature a lot to clean my furniture and a cat vomit mess. The only complaint would be that it is quite time consuming to clean after upright use as you have to remove things with a screwdriver instead of them just being clipped in. Overall I am very glad for this purchase and feel that it will keep my carpets clean for a long time.

This machine is wonderful! When I went to the store I really didn't know what I needed but the two machines in one and the 2 year warranty had me interested. So far we have used this machine twice. My son cleaned the stairs with the removable part and I did the living room with the main machine.WOW! The carpet has a whole new color and who knew there was that much cat hair there! Cleaning the machine takes a little time but is worth it if you want it to keep working great!

Cleaning your own carpet at a time that is totally convenient to you is great. The job gets done to your satisfaction which means the spots that need the most coverage get covered. The main thing is that after a couple of cleanings the cleaner has paid for its self and then ready and waiting for you, on your time schedule to be used again.

I had read the reviews of this cleaner before I bought it and had hopes of it being great. It has surpassed my expectations and has removed cat urine stains that were old on pale carpeting. While it does a great job with the large part, I am thrilled with the little removeable one. This cleaner will amaze you.

This is my 3rd Bissell carpet cleaner. The last one was the Proheat 2X, which I had for about 4 years and literally wore out. I am very impressed with the Pet Deep Cleaner. It really does clean the carpets well. We are a household of 9, with 3 dogs and 1 cat. residing in a 3300 square foot home that is mainly carpet. The lift off makes cleaning the stairs a breeze. I really like how easy it is to empty the waste water and was glad to see that Bissell had eliminated the bladder found in the other cleaners as it was difficult to completely empty. This machine is very easy to clean after use.

This product is great. It makes it easy to clean carpets, whether using the upright or the more portable pet stain remover. The bins are removable and are easy to clean. And the cleaner itself is easy to clean after cleaning carpets. The carpets come out very clean with the dual brush feature.

Nothing wrong with the machine,it cleaned very well. BUT it pulled the fibers out of our expensive Berber carpet..The fact that it is known to do this should be stated on the outside of the box,not midway through the instruction booklet. Not really fair to rate product by my experience.

The product works as advertised. We have not yet purchased the attachments that we need for cleaning upholstery or our cars, but the detachable unit is amazing. Over-all we are pleased with our purchase and would recommend this to friends and family.

I have a pet Bissel vacuum cleaner that is the best vacuum I've ever had. So when I decided I needed a shampooer it only made sense to get a Bissel. I like the fact that it has Seperate water compartments. ONe for dirty and one for clean water. I like the lift off system allowing me to do my stairs. I especially like the motorized 2 brushes that do all the work for me. It is easy to manuever and push around. I am so glad I bought bissel instead of the other brands. Carpet looks new after using and smells great. It scrubs so well you want to clean it before you store it. You will find hairs, pieces of carpet, dirt, this thing gets it all.

I purchased this cleaner because it was very flexable. Used it on my main floor and in places that the complete cleaner could not reach. One of the reasons that I selected this cleaner was for the Deep Cleaning capability. I have house cats and this cleaner does the job when accidents happen.

Lift off part makes big difference when I move a heavy machine to small spaces, but I wish I can find a easy way to push back lift off part to the main machine from manual. I had to try many times to fit this in. Otherwise, it works great.

This machine is really great, I like the fact that you can remove the machine from the base to clean furniture, for quick clean ups or even to clean your car seats. I cleaned my carpets and they came out beautiful. I also did my furniture and it really turned out nice. I think it is overall a great cleaning machine and worth the money spent.
