Credit & Debit Card Payments

Which cards can you use on bissell.com? We accept the following cards as payment for your orders:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover Network
• American Express

Please note that if you choose to use your debit card for this purchase, your bank will hold the purchase amount in reserve during the authorization period, but payment to BISSELL will not be made until the shipment date. Some banks charge the debit account at shipment, but do not release the prior authorization charge for up to 7 to 10 business days. As a result, until the bank releases the authorization charge, you may see two charges against your debit card for the single BISSELL shipment. This isn’t something BISSELL can control and if the delay in releasing the authorization charge is causing a problem with your balance, you’ll need to call your bank and ask them to remove any extra authorization to free up funds in your account.
