We have a pet in the house and our other sweeper just wasn't getting the job done, but since purchasing the Cleanview Helix I can actually see the results. My husband tries to beat me running the sweeper! He loves it too! It is light weight too, not too bulky and heavy like some models. Rated 3 out of 5 by Dusty filters respond poorly to cleaning Bissell claims that both the inner and outer filter in the machine can be rinsed. This is not the case. Instead, they must be replaced, so don't be misled. Even though the owner's manual asserts that one can rinse the filters using a mild detergent, I have found this to not be the case after experimenting twice with new filters. Instead, no matter how long they air dry ( hours, days), they will emit a moldy smell throughout the house and vacuum after regular maintenance. September 17, 2012

My only complaint is, when I use the 'turbo brush' all this dust comes out of the back and gets all over the vacuum! not sure what that's about! but other than that It cleans very well and I love the fact it really does go from carpet to bare floor with same cleaning results. I was amazed by the amount of pet dander and grime that was packed into my 'clean' carpet. The vacuum has stopped picking up and is instead putting the filter contents back onto the carpet. I've cleaned the filter and I've had no luck. I'd appreciate a reply from Bissell. August 12, 2012

I had just started back to work so I could not afford a really expenisve vaccum. My cat is one of these cat that likes to play in her litter box. However now that I am on year two with this machine I'm just ready for a better vacuum. I have had to replace the 2 main filters twice now and it never really picks up like it did when it was new. No stores carry the filters and the website no longer sells them. The one local store that carries the filters is double the price. I can almost buy a new machine for the cost of replacing the filters every few months. It will still clean my rugs but any dust or fine dirt still shows and I have just resorted to buying a new vacuum. August 4, 2012

I NEVER use the hose at all ---- it has never worked. Vacuum is over one year old now and the vacuum cleaner place will charge me more than buying a new vacuum will cost. The best advice I can give to keep it working perfectly is to clean all parts after each use, including rinsing out all the filters especially the sponge filter. Also, don't forget to occasionally replace the exit filter (spend the extra on the HEPA one). The hair remover tool works really well and practically removes your fingerprints if you get your fingers in the way! You will not regret this purchase! July 6, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Floor piece works, but hose has bad suction. The main reason I bought this was for the mainfloor piece, which seems to work fine. I just bought this yesterday, so its brand new. The hose works a little with no attachments but the turbo brush does not work at all. The hose is not cracked and the turbo brush was never used so Im not sure why it diesnt get enough suction to spin. Any suggestions? June 24, 2012

Until, 1 week later the second time I decided to use it there was no suction at all I was using the hose attachment and it could not even pick up a piece of thread. So i decided to clean out the filters and hose. the power is still half of what it originally was with no real item clogging the vacuum it just doesn't suck anymore. Last night the vacuum began to reject dirt, after a little research I found out it was being redirected to the hose, I cleaned the dirt from the hose, and vacuumed the mess I was working on. Rated 4 out of 5 by O Ring Needed? This sweeper has great power for dirt removal on our older carpet, and the "easy empty dirt container" shows what our older sweeper wasn't picking up. I'm thinking this "container" could use some sort of "O ring" at it's top edge to avoid fuzzy accumulations around the whole filter holding assembly. May 23, 2012

After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
