Rated 5 out of 5 by I'm in love with this Vacuum About twelve years ago, when I first went out on my own I bought an upright Bissell bagless and loved it. In fact, it is still going strong today. But I just moved across the country and took only what I could fit in my car--the vacuum didn't make it, so I passed that along to my friend who also loves it. I needed another vacuum and decided that I wouldn't just jump right back to a Bissell. It had been 12 years since my last one and while I loved it, I wanted to make sure there wasn't something better out there, especially within a reasonable price. I looked at every vacuum available in my area and checked reviews on all of them. I wasn't satisfied with the other product reviews so decided to stick with what I knew. So I got a BISSELL Cleanview Helix Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Bagless and am in love. The suction is fantastic and even better than my last Bissell. And the little turbo head is great for my couch and picking up all the cat hair. Another great job, Bissell. I won't hesitate again. September 8, 2012

The ironic thing was after I bought it home and called my daughter to brag about my smart shopping choice, she informed me she has the exact same model. Since we are 750 miles apart, I never saw hers. We both did our homework and came up with the same product. Like Mother like daughter. May 15, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Stopped working after a year I loved this vacuum when I got it, it really worked well getting dog hair up. Unfortunately it stopped working after a year. I tried changing the filters out (which I had been cleaning consistently), but it didn't help. This certainly wasn't made to last. May 17, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not my favorite My belt broke and the metal spindle thing now just burns off all replacement belts and my roller brushes don't spin. When I pulled the vacuum apart it seems like the rollers are not suppose to turn because when I turn the rollers manually I see the side expanding like it is being forced in a hole it doesnt fit in. Also smelling burning rubber too when I install belt. For all the money I have spent on parts like belts and filters, and my vacuum STILL not working right, it is hardly a deal to me. April 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Budget Vacuum I will start out buy saying I have purchased more expensive Bissell uprights, and this one is just as good as the more expensive ones. It really picks up a lot of sand out of carpet. For the price, you really can't go wrong. It is easy to maintain and as long as you properly maintain it, it will last you for years. I have had this vacuum for more than 4 years, and have never had a problem with it. One recommendation I have is to buy another set of filters. The filters are washable, (except for the HEPA on the side of the machine) but they take at least 2 days to dry. I am really pleased with this vacuum though. April 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Happy I am very particular about cleaning my home. I have bought two comparable uprights. They both performed poorly, both had pet hair tools and bagless. I reviewed the Bissell in Consumer Reports and saw the review was highly recommended as well as a best buy. Purchased on 03/02/13 and could not believe how much much was left behind from previous vacuums. Initially, the dirt container had to be emptied numerous times, but eventually it got the dirt/pet hair up. My carpet looks like a new carpet every time I vacuum. With a dog, and 2 cats, my home must be vacuumed 2-3 times a week. Cleaning the dirt container and filters is a dream. March 14, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Mixed Feelings about this product. I bought this vacuum about a year and a half ago. It works great as far as picking up everything as I have 3 cats and it picks up all the cat hair beautifully, however it is an awfully messy job when it's time to clean the filters and empty out the dust container as the dust gets airborne and if you have allergies like I do, it's awful even when wearing a dust mask. Now my vacuum is not working right, the power brush does not move, the belt is still good as new but the power brush seems to be jammed and there's a smell of burnt rubber, so I can't use it. Now I have the expense of getting this fixed and/or buying a new vacuum again. I would expect a vacuum to last longer without something going wrong so soon after purchasing it. March 9, 2013

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
