The CleanView® Helix Deluxe Vacuum’s Air Flow Indicator helps maintain consistent performance, as it informs you when a clog is present so you can fix it before suction problems occur.

The unique Helix cleaning system captures dirt and other debris using internal “ribs” that are incorporated into the Easy Empty™ Dirt Cup. Rated 1 out of 5 by Does not pick up anything We bought this vacuum a little over a year ago. It is the worse vacuum ever. Takes me three times as long to sweep the carpets because I go have to go over and over it and it still does not come clean. I should have returned it to the store. And the filters have to be cleaned every time it is used which takes more time. Give me a vacuum w/ a bag to take out and throw away any day. I will never purchase another Bissell. April 21, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Ear piercing noisy Read all the reviews and bought the Clearview model. The cleaning was fine, but it was so loud that we had to wear ear pads. We finally gave up using the vacuum after a few tries and since our daughter needed a new vacuum, we gave it to her. Her 15 month old toddler was in the same room as she turned it on the first time and the child was so highly startled that she is not able to use the vacuum in her house either. Do we have a defective vacuum? Is there something that we could do to lessen the ear piercing noise? Please help!! April 16, 2012

This is the second Bissell I've owned with this problem. The negative reviews about the constant filter cleanings are accurate, but this is the price to pay for this bagless vacuum. April 11, 2012

I wasn't surprised to see how much more junk it sucked out of the carpet like dirt and more fuzz! I don't even mind cleaning the filters after every time because I know it will keep the unit running for years and like new! April 8, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Features of this Vac Bought this vac 2 weeks ago. Works great as a vacuum but the filters need cleaning constantly. Suppose that's a good thing since they are really doing their job. Performs well on all my carpets and throw rugs. The tools are a nightmare. First no standard vacuum tools will fit this unit. So if you have specialty tools you're out of luck. Not a standard size 1.25 diameter. The double tool is useless since it always turns when you are using it and prevents the suction from the side you want and you can't replace it with any other tool that is better because of the size issue. As you try to use the tools, the hose does not stretch well and the vacuum continually falls over so you are never far from you vac. The connection from the hose to the bottom unit is weak and continually pulls out the socket. Dissappointed in a lot of the features except the floor vac part. Probably would not purchase again. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great job on pet hair We bought this a month ago and use it on carpet and bare floors. We have 2 cats (one is a long hair that sheds constantly). The first time vacuuming the carpet I had to empty the dirt container and clean the filters about every 10 minutes. Amazing what was picked up even though we vacuum regularily. Granted, the filter cleaning process is a bit time consuming; but, I have a tip. Rather than washing the outer (foam) circular filter every time you empty the dirt container, take it outside and brush it off, shake it really well and reinstall it. Then, do the thorough cleaning and washing of the parts when you're done for the day. I think this is a very good vacuum for the money! March 13, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poors people vacuum It cleans fairly good when it is new. It requires cleaning of all the filters after every use otherwise you will spent double of time vacuuming. It requires about 20 minutes to wash all the filters and then wait a day or two till it is all dry. Besides all the filter troubles. There's a pipe at the back which you need to unscrew in order to clean, but the trick of using a broom stick as described in care instructions doesn't work. I had to use long knitting needle, fork and spent about 30 minutes trying to clean the clog. I wish at the moment I bought that vacuum a had a bit more money to buy something with the bag. You have to spent lots of personal time on bagless vacuums. February 21, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by This product works great at cleaning up all my dog hair. I am impressed with this vacuum. It does a great job of cleaning my floors and furniture. I did have a problem with the hose placement. It tends to tip over if you don't have it close to where you are cleaning. My other bissel vacuum has the hose suction located at the bottom of the vacuum and I find I use that one when I have to vacuum under furniture and beds. I do think this is a really good price and great vacuum but fix that hose placement and it would make me very happy, February 3, 2012

I'm not sure what the old vacuum was doing, but cleaning must not have been it. This vacuum pulled out piles of cat fur and dirt from the carpets. I've owned it now for about 2 months every time I run it the carpets look new again and I get a bin full of fur and dust. Truly a fantastic vacuum cleaner! February 2, 2012

The dust catcher is easy to empty but requires additional washing when the job is done. Yet, I like it better than cleaning the "wind tunnel" machines with a toothbrush. Rated 5 out of 5 by We've had this vacuum for 6 weeks and are very happy with it. The Bissell Cleanview Helix Deluxe does an excellent job of cleaning. This is our first bagless vacuum and we do find that there is more maintenance in keeping the filters and parts clean than with a bag model. There is a trade-off however, since the bagless model seems to do a much better job in removing pet hair and dust from the carpets. February 1, 2012

The first time I used it I had to empty the dust compartment 3 times because it got so much "trapped" dirt out of the carpet. The best feature is the turbo brush. If you have pets, this device really gets the hair off your couch! It works so much better than just a simple hose attachment. January 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fulfilled my expectations. With only a small efficiency apartment to keep free of cat hair and dust blown in through a western exposure, this was the ideal vacuum for me. The cannister is easy to remove, and access to the filters is simple. I can easily adjust brush height to accommodate the peaks and valleys of an aging carpet. I had prior experience with a Bissell product so expected assembly and cleaning procedures to be relatively uncomplicated, which they were. This was a real bargain. January 31, 2012

The Helix Deluxe does an unbelievable job of removing the silky fine hair from carpets and area rugs and is a breeze to use. When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
