Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Dissapointed! I have seen this product being advertised on TV for quite some time (Bissell's own info-commercial# so I finally ordered it. WOW, am I ever disappointed and I was also provided INCORRECT information. This unit does NOT pick up animal hair or even basic dirt from my carpets. I tried that feature first -- saw the poor response and then packed up the unit so that I can return it! Very disappointed! Total waste of my time and big inconvenience to me to have to return this now. :# November 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by time saver i have 4 messy kids + husband...i had to keep sweeping a few times a day. then using my shark steam mop. this machine save me so much time, is easy to bring out, set up, clean, then put away. i am very impressed with how well the vacuum picks up, and the steam mop is great too!. i love the scented discs that u can place in the fabric for mopping. the only reason i don't give this 5 stars is because, i have to leave my cleaner plugged in since about 9 am- 7 pm, because i am constantly cleaning through out the day, when i am home. i have a large main floor, all wood floor. and between feeding my kids , snack times, and them in and out of the house, i have to clean often even if just vacuuming. (i live in Oahu, so if i don't clean all the time, ants, spiders and roaches start visiting...YUCK RIGHT!...) well this machine gets REALLY HOT, in what i believe is the engine area. so at the end of the day, it is really hot. or if i forget, and leave it plugged in over night, it gets super HOT!.i feel it could even be a hazard. i usually leave my other regular vacuum plugged-in in the laundry room for quicker clean ups, that's the main entry area, and that vacuum never gets too hot just sitting there plugged in... but overall, this is a GREAT product! Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Time Saver I love this machine! I have wood laminate floors throughout most of my house. The laminate has a semigloss finish so you can see every footprint, paw print, etc., and I have to clean it frequently. The Symphony is simply amazing for this purpose. With the combination vacuum/steam function, I now clean my floors in a fraction of the time it took me before. I use light steam and it dries quickly with no streaks. I remove the pad to vacuum the rug and it picks up dirt and cat hair very thoroughly. Also really quiet but requires a little effort to push on the carpeting. November 16, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by I must be a weakling I saw the commercial for this machine and was wowed by it. I love the way it leaves the floors, they are clean and I mean really clean but I have a horrible time getting the machine to move. I am 61 and have arthritis and haved used the machine 3 times and each time it has taken me at least 2-3 days to recover. My machine is so hard to push, my shoulder aches and I know that I can ask my grandkids to come and help but I wanted this for me, so that I could clean my floors solo and I just can't do it. I am going to return my machine... and use the refund to go to a gym and get stronger. November 15, 2014

It's easy to use, not heavy at all, cleans terrific and done in half the time it did the old way. I can't say enough good things about this machine! Rated 5 out of 5 by 3rd times a charm i have purchased 2 other brands of steam mops and those quit working within a year or two.. this is by far the best i have had in comparison! and with 3 year warranty i am not the slight bit worried. dries fast too.. not as smooth gliding on floor surface than the others i had but it is doin the job so if thats my only complaint then i am fine with that! Rated 5 out of 5 by So happy I bought it! I almost didn't buy the Symphony. I thought maybe it cost too much. But, it's 2 machines in one! I have tile thru out, only one carpet. The vacuum is so great! I have 3 cats ,lots of fur! It picks up the hair better than my old vacuum! Just love the steam clean, tiles look great! It's light weight, easy to move from room to room. My cats don't even run away when I use it! I would do a commercial for it! Very easy to store. Thanks Bissell! November 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by What a waste on the family name! I ordered this about two weeks ago because I had just purchased a home with hardwood floors. I thought together with a deep steam cleaning and a thin coat of wax would help my floors. Well, the wax and a good mopping is what helped! The steam cleaning pads kept getting caught on wood splitters in the floors and would cause the pads to come off and if I was able to get the cleaner to move without an incident, it was very hard to push and maneuver. FEDEX is scheduled for a pick-up to return for a full refund. What a waste of time... November 11, 2014

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when most shipments will arrive. 


How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Most orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Most orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.


What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2014 include: May 26, July 4, September 1, November 27, November 28, December 25, and December 26.


When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. Your order should still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.


What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.


Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.


What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.


What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. It can take up to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
