The advantages of 3 Stage Filtration
The Big Green Complete® deep cleaner and canister vacuum has 3 stage filtration. This means the dirt, debris and air the vacuum suctions up goes through a sophisticated filtration process before releasing any air back into your home. The water filtration stage captures and sinks large particles, including dirt, hair and crumbs. Smaller particles are captured by the secondary filter, insuring that the vacuum captures all the dirt and dust you vacuum up. Finally, the HEPA Media Filter* cleans and filters the air passing through it.

*The filter media, not the vacuum as a whole, complies with the IEST-RP-CC001.5 or the EN-1822-1:2009 HEPA standard.

I have rented this machine from Lowe's twice now and and am more than pleased with it's performance. Having used the Big Green Cleaning machine I can no longer classify IT as a "soak and suck." Rated 5 out of 5 by This produce is great for pet owners I have never run across a machine that is so well made and a machine that can do it all when it comes to vacuum, rug, and hard floor cleaning. I'm grateful that all I need to do is switch one tool and continue cleaning in a different mode. It is just so easy to use and what a time saver when cleaning up after two dogs and a cat. This machine has great suction and I really like the wand on this machine. Thank you Bissell one machine does it all beautifully. March 31, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love my Big Green Complete! After vacuuming and deep cleaning our carpets, my husband said they looked like new. I agree & am especially happy with the way the heavy traffic areas turned out. (We have a dog, 2 cats & live in the woods w/ sandy soil.) The house has never felt more clean. It is helpful that all the pieces come apart & are easy to clean/rinse (if you have a utility sink). A huge plus is that the Bissell cleaning products are biodegradable so I don't have to sacrifice the environment for having a clean home. Totally satisfied! January 22, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by SO FAR LOOKS GOOD. I did get this in the mail, last week. looks pretty tough. Haven;t used it yet, but it looks great. So many attachments to use. Also I have 3 dogs, so this will do the trick. Very sturdy, and big to. A little more heavier then what I thought in the picture when I ordered it. Ask me again in 1 to 2 months, how it is. Cause I just had professionals come in and do the rugs for Christmas. Dee January 1, 2013

I can say it is rather buldy machine, but I do not have to take it far out the door for my car. Worked great on my car..Electric cord was long enough for me and the attachment worked great. Rated 5 out of 5 by I tried all the features today I have an all tile house with many area rugs. I had been looking for hard floor cleaning machine for some time when my vacuum quit working and I suddenly needed both a vacuum and a hard floor cleaner. I wanted a hard floor cleaner that also had a vacuum feature and if I got a new vacuum, a deep cleaner would be nice too. After seeing a multi-floor type cleaning machine, I started researching all of the ones out there as well as the other options. I found this Bissell. I had a Green Machine several year ago and it worked really well. This machine seemed to fit the bill in that it claimed to meet all my needs. Although $300 is a lot, if I were to buy them separtely, it would cost about the same. So I took the plunge and purchased the Complete. Today I used all the features. I read through the instructions because although it's not the most difficult thing to get started, you do have to add water even if not using the water cleaner. I tried the vacuum head first on a low pile area rug. It did the job. Probably not the most suction but enough to pick up the visible crumbs and dirt. I switch it to the multi-floor head to vacuum the rest of the tile floor. I love that one. It catches dust bunnies, crumbs and fits under the bed. I then switched to the deep cleaner and it works well as well. The spray is a little wider than the head (causing some overspray# but not a huge deal. I finished up two rugs before I ran out of water, which was fine because there is a different solution for hard floors and I still wanted to try that out. Refilled #which is a snap# and switched to the hard floor head. I had used a Shark before and the steam mops left my floors streaky. I don't know if it is the solution or the fact that it vacuums up most of the water, but my floors look good after drying. It cleaned all of the spots on my floor with a couple of passes. Although it does take some technique to use each of the heads, after a few minutes experimenting, each was pretty simple to use and effective. The hard floor cleaner probably being the hardest to get used to. Pros: easy to assemble and disassemble and clean, seems to be effective at each cleaning method, remember it is a generalist, water heater a plus too Cons: it needs an additional handle #for my left hand to help use the wand), it takes a bit of technique to use each head correctly, and I had a small amount of water leak on the floor somehow when I switch back to vacuum after deep cleaning. I do plan on keeping it, I am overall very please. I hope it will stand the test of time. I would give it a 4.5 stars. October 13, 2012

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
