I have been using my ProHeat 2X for the last couple years on my carpet and now there is a residue build up on the carpet. I have rinsed it dozens of times but still has a greasy residue?

Answer: While BISSELL Deep Cleaning formulas do not leave a greasy residue, don’t worry! Use a portable or upright deep cleaner. The best option would be to use an upright deep cleaner with warm water only. Rinse back and forth over the affected area until no more foam appears. It’s important to not use any additional formula, just warm water. Watch out for excess foam, you may want to remove excess water as much as possible by emptying the dirty water tank often.
