While changing my grandsons diaper he jumped down and sat on the floor before it was completed. There is now desitin ointment on the rug leaving a white stain on a dark rug. How can I get this up.

Answer: To remedy the greasy Desitin from your carpet, I recommend using Tough Stain Pre-Treat for Carpet and Upholstery. This will penetrate and loosen the Desitin in your carpet fibers, helping rid most of the stain before you deep clean again!

Once finished using the enzyme product as directed, try using a portable or upright deep cleaner to further lift this stain.
