Hi, My daughter has gotten her toothpaste in quite a few spots on my carpet. I can't get it up. I have tried the Bissell 2x and pet stain remover. It is still there. What do you suggest?

Answer: For tough stains it is important to use a pretreating cleaning agent such as BISSELL Tough Stain Pre-treat for Carpet & Upholstery. Using a pretreat will loosen the stain from your carpet fibers, allowing the stain to extract more easily. Spray the pretreat formula on the stain and wipe up the remains.
Repeat this process manually as necessary. If you have a portable or upright deep cleaner you can skip the manual work and use it to extract the rest. If discoloration from the stain still remains, try BISSELL OxyPro® Pet.
