Answer: Unfortunately rust requires a different chemical found at your local grocery store, meant to take out rust. Use according to manufacturer. BISSELL does not have a product specifically designed to remove rust. Although, using an oxygen product such as OxyPro® Stain Remover for Carpet will help remove rust in some cases. It can’t hurt to try an Oxy product on your rust stain.
