Liquid soap soaked all the way in my carpet. I keep cleaning and rinsing and rinsing, at least 4 different times. The spot is gone, but it comes back within a week or two.

Answer: Our dogs just love getting in trouble!  Use a portable or upright deep cleaner with warm water only. Rinse back and forth over the affected area until no more foam appears. It’s important to not use any additional formula, just warm water. Watch out for excess foam, you may want to remove excess water as much as possible by emptying the dirty water tank often.
