I have dropped some carpenter glue on to my carpet and the spot is stiff from the glue. What can I do to remove the glue?
Answer: It is likely permanent but you can try applying a small amount of rubbing alcohol to a clean cloth. Blot the stain using a small brush, sponge or cloth using light strokes from the edges of the stain to the center. When you reach the center of the stain, lightly pinch in an upward motion, do not rub the stain. Wait 5 minutes. Then, use your BISSELL upright or portable deep cleaner over the affected area.
