To remedy the greasy sunscreen from your carpet, I recommend using Tough Stain Pre-Treat for Carpet and Upholstery. This will penetrate and loosen the lotion in your carpet fibers, helping rid most of the stain before you deep clean again!

Once finished using the enzyme product as directed, try using a portable or upright deep cleaner to further lift this stain.

If the green tint remains, try one of our oxygen based products like OxyPro® Stain Remover for Carpet . If used as directed, it will make the green spots disappear. Follow up with upright or portable deep cleaning if needed.
