Just purchased your Pet SpotBot and so far so good. Our main concern however is, what about a dried pet urine stain that is 3” larger than the machine on all sides? How should we handle one this big?

Answer: As much as we love our furry friends, they sure can make a mess! To best eliminate pet urine smells, treat your carpet with a cleaning product that has enzyme action, such as Pet Stain & Odor Pre-treat for Carpet & Upholstery. The best of these also incorporate mal-odor agents that eliminate odor until the enzymes do their job. Enzymes can take 24-48 hours to completely "eat" or digest away organic matter like urine. It is then gone - never to stink again!
