SpotBot pet deep cleaner machine is not getting the cat vomit stains up. We followed directions using the Pet Stain & Odor formula and the Oxy Gen2 formula.

It sounds as if you have a bad stain on your hands, now that you have deep cleaned the area with your SpotBot® Pet, follow up with an oxygen-based cleaner like OxyPro® or OxyPro® Pet. These types of cleaners have oxygen molecules that love to “eat” away at color.

If there is any discoloration remaining from the stain, you may need to apply a product with enzyme action such as Pet Stain & Odor Pre-treat for Carpet & Upholstery. Using enzyme action will loosen up the stain deep in your carpet fibers.
