After using my BISSELL Pro Heat 2X, it brought up a big dirt ring. I cannot get it clean.

Answer: The best way to remove ring spots is to even out the rings with a full size deep cleaner. Using 2X Professional Deep Cleaning formula will lift up the stain making the rings. 

If any stains remain, apply OxyPro® Stain Remover for Carpet or OxyPro® Pet Stain Remover for Carpet to the area.
