I have a beautiful rug with deep colors on top of my carpet. I have cleaned from the top of the rug, but the stains soaked through the carpet and now I have rug dye on the carpet. Help!

Answer: Sorry to hear that!  You will want to check the manufactures care instructions to see if the rug is rated safe for water based cleaning next time you need to clean it. For the carpet underneath your rug, try spraying the red and green stains with OxyPro® and let it sit for an hour. Follow up by deep cleaning with warm water to extract and dilute the dye from the carpet.
