There is a cigarette stain in my carpet. Is it possible to remove the burnt discoloration?

Answer: Unfortunately, the burnt or golden discoloration on your carpet may be from heat damage and potentially be permanently damaged. If your carpet previously had soap residue remaining on the carpet fibers, an Oxygen- based product may bring the stain out of the carpet. Products that may help are BISSELL Stomp ‘N Go® or OxyPro®.
