My carpet will not come clean help I try the same spots everyday?

Answer: It sounds as though a tough stain has gone deep into your carpet fibers and into the padding below your carpet. BISSELL has a few options for tackling both the stains and odor!  First deep clean with 2X Professional Odor Control formula with an upright deep cleaner. After deep cleaning, you will want to spray any spots with remaining odor with an enzyme product such as Pet Stain & Odor Pre-treat for Carpet & Upholstery. After spraying the spots cover with a damp towel for at least 24 hours to allow the enzymes to clean away stain and odor all the way through the carpet. If any stain remains after 24 hours follow up with OxyPro® Stain Remover for Carpet and OxyPro® Pet Stain Remover for Carpet.
