Can you please suggest something to whiten my almost white carpet? I just recently used the ProHeat 2X® and it removed all the stains, but it still doesn’t look bright and white.

Answer: I’m glad to hear that you were able to get the stains out of your carpet! To get your white carpet the cleanest it can possibly be, you’ll want to use a formula with Scotchgard™ in it, like 2X Fiber Cleansing formula. Getting your carpet as clean as possible will help prevent dirt from altering the color, but BISSELL does not make any products to whiten or brighten carpet. We tend to stay away from brighteners because of the potential risk of discoloration to the carpet. However, you can rest assured that any BISSELL upright deep cleaning formula you use on your white carpet will not yellow it.
