• Take your photo outside: the lighting will provide a much clearer photo.
• Keep the sun to the back of the photographer: helps get rid of shadows.
• Use a simple, light background: this will really show off the beauty of your pet!
• Don't use a cell phone: most cell phone cameras do not offer the same quality as a separate digital camera.

How many stickers will I receive when I place my order?
You will receive four identical glossy stickers, each sized at 2½" x 3¼".

How long will it take to receive my stickers?
Once you place your order, you should receive the stickers within 10-15 business days.

I’ve just submitted a sticker order and I want to make sure my order went through.
You will receive an order notification email immediately after you place the order to confirm your purchase. You will also receive email verification within a couple days, letting you know your sticker is approved to print. Once your sticker has been shipped, you will receive a shipment email.

Will you print all stickers, no matter what is submitted?
All stickers will be reviewed by BISSELL before they are printed. We want you to have fun with the stickers, but please be sure to keep photos and text positive and appropriate. You should receive an email within 5 days from BISSELL.com indicating that your sticker is approved to print. If your sticker is not approved, a BISSELL representative will follow up with you to let you know, and you will receive a full refund for the sticker purchase.

Can I mail my photo to you?
Unfortunately, no. We must receive all entries through our online system. We cannot print stickers any other way.

I love photos of my pet, but can I put something else on the stickers?
You can use any photo and text, within reason. All stickers will be reviewed by BISSELL before they are printed. Anything we deem inappropriate will be rejected, and you will receive a full refund.

How do I place an order for multiple identical stickers?
Each order contains a set of 4 identical stickers. If you would like additional stickers, just update the quantity field at checkout.

How can I order more than one set of stickers?
Each different photo you want to turn into a sticker must be placed in a separate order. Once you have set up one sticker and gone through the shopping cart process, you must start over and order another sticker set. There is no shipping and handling charge, so separating the orders won't cost you any more!

Is there a suggested place to put my sticker if I want to put it on my cleaning machine?
We know that you can't wait to use your stickers to show off your Most Valuable Pet. If you decide to place them on your cleaning machine (or any other appliance), please follow these guidelines:

• Don’t cover up any vents or filters.
• Don’t put them on any parts inside the machine.
• Don’t put them on any moving parts.

I just got my stickers, and I really love them. How do I order more?
If you would like to order another copy of the same sticker, you will need to start over and upload the same picture.

What is the Return Policy ?
If you are dissatisfied with your stickers due to product defects, like runny ink, edges not cut straight, or wrong colors printed, we will reprint your stickers at no cost to you. Please contact photostickers@bissell.com.
