I love my new vacuum. This is the second replacement. My 11 year old Sears vacuum is kaput, and 5 year old $399 Dyson doesn't work anymore. Finding someone to repair it has been a nightmare. I needed an inexpensive replacement and found it at Target on sale. I bought a new vacuum for Christmas, but opened it the day I brought it home. I was concerned about noise, but my Bissell is quiet. It picked up dirt I didn't know I had. I wish I would have purchased a BISSELL 5 years ago when I was looking for a new vacuum. Thank You for a great product. It meets my needs. Merry Christmas.
